I came to this Barnes & Noble to get a planing book for my wedding. Since I was not going to hire a planner I found this planner. The planner I bought is awesome it doesn't miss a detail. The staff there was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door!

My son loves going here, the dedicated children's area is welcoming they never want to leave.
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My girlfriend and I walked into this Barnes & Noble's today, and saw a cart in the foyer so we put our two-year-old son in the cart and walked in because he was extremely tired after coming from a funeral. We immediately walked to the electronic section and picked out a ton of DVDs that we didn't feel like waiting to purchase from Amazon. After picking up some DVDs, I was headed over to the books to pick up a few. Next, the manager of the store, a brunette in her 40s, stopped me and told me the store wasn't zoned for a cart. Mind you this was a very small cart. She began taking all the DVD movies out of the cart and putting them onto the counter and told me if I wanted them I would have to hold them while holding my son and bring them up to the front. This would've been very difficult because my son was too tired to walk. When I was waiting for my girlfriend to get out of the bathroom to tell her we were going to leave, the woman was trying to hide behind me, stocking me as if I was shoplifting. When my girlfriend came out of the bathroom I told her we were leaving and going to a different video store. The woman continued to follow us out of the store and stared out the window as we walked to our car. It wasn't until I waved at her that she went away. I understand if I can't use the cart, but she treated me as if I was a thief. She really creeped us out. She's probably the creepiest person I've ever met. I never use Barnes & Noble's because I order everything from Amazon. Obviously I made a mistake going to Barnes & Noble again. You could've easily have said just walked the cart to the front we can make your purchases, but she had to stop me dead in my tracks and pull everything out of the cart as if there was a bomb inside. This is not the way to treat customers. But then again, with customer service like this, it's obvious this chain won't be around much longer. We ended up going to the Neshaminy Barnes & Noble's and spending over $300. What can I say I love to read, but next time I'll be using Amazon.
This is a great Barnes and Noble. I've been coming here for awhile. I've also spent a lot of time studying for my Nclex exam at this location . I just wish they had more seating areas for studying & reading.
The location is great near many other businesses and offers plenty off street parking.
