This store is beautiful. The merchandise is always at a reasonable price and the staff is always helpful to find what you are looking for. This historic department store was founded in 1858 and it is famous for its Thanksgiving Day Parade. If you work at Macy's, you get to be in the parade!
While looking for a shirt, I could not get the formalwear staff to understand the importance of midsection measurement.

This location is open a little later than the mall. I was here buying shoes close to closing time, and I was helped by a woman named joy- who was simply that! She was very patient and friendly and wasn't rushing me to complete a purchase. I will be back again because of her!
