Chad Kremp gives us personalized customer service through email, phone calls and in person contact every season. "Please check your email. We sent you a message this morning at 10:25am regarding the credit card. The order was flagged as possibly fraudulent by our credit card processor. If you would like the email resent, please let us know. Until we get a response to that email, the order will remain on hold."
Their fraud alert email went to my spam. If my CC company doesn't flag it then why is theirs?

A mistake was made between what my daughter ordered and what was delivered by Florist #1 ...Upon contacting Kremp Florist Mr. Chad Kremp went above and beyond to rectify the issue. He kept in communication with me ...answered us in a timely fashion and made sure that I got a gorgeous replacement arrangement more in keeping with the price range.
Have always gone to these guys for any occasion. I have shipped to several different states and even outside the continental US and they have always been reasonable, punctual, informative, and helpful if I had any questions. Would not recommend any other florist with important dates to keep. They value their customers and it shows!
The online order experience for Kremp Florist was very easy and straightforward, so I was already very pleased. The selections provided were extensive and well arranged and easy to navigate. The prices were very reasonable, as were the delivery charges. Kremp Florist was very quick to respond to an inquiry I had after my purchase. The most pleasant surprise of all was when the flowers were delivered and they were EXACTLY as pictured on their website. The recipient exclaimed that the roses were the most beautiful shade a fuschia/pink she had ever seen. So many times I have ordered flowers online only to be disappointed when I see the end product that was delivered.
