I was in with my boyfriend and our daughter and walked in the store to a group of 4/5 employees standing and talking, not one offered to help us or even speak to us, they all walked away. I’m disgusted in the service at this store. Felt like an incovienece more than a customer
Their reptile product selection isn't the greatest and the staff weren't especially helpful or even friendly today. There are better Petcos around.
Loyalty program sucks! Can never find me in the system half the time, but the other half works without any issues.
