Of all pet stores, I love Pet Smart the most. They are like a mall for pets! This Pet Smart has Banfield Veterinary, a Daycare for pets, Dog Training classes, Pet Adoption (I got my incredible black cat at a Pet Smart) Quality pet foods, supplies, toys, basically everything you could need for your pet. Fish tanks, birds, reptiles, and more. It's a wonderful store for people who care about their pets.
Amazing staff and great service! Our dog had a sudden paw injury and needed to be seen asap. The staff worked her into their busy Saturday schedule and were so kind and helpful about it, whereas other BPH locations wouldn't even put her on a cancelation list. We dropped her off for care and within 2 hours we were able to pick her up. They helped keep the cost down without compromising her care. Great experience overall. We will definitely be making this location our new home base!
I went in looking for puppy supplies for a new puppy I was adopting from a rescue. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and even let us know what items were on sale. I would recommend this store to anyone else needing similar supplies (and rescuing a dog, too!)
Good stuff, very helpful, good selection of pet supplies and accessories! They even have photo with Santa for your animals!
I visit the vet here, banfeild. The staff is lovely and warm while the vet techs havr wonderful bedside manor and wonderful packages that make paying a little easier. The petssmart itself is well staffed as well and stocked. If something is not on the shelf, they will look in the back for you.
