The customer service has really gone south at all Kays locations the past few years. They sell you all these service plans and then at like you are nothing more than an inconvenience when you bring your jewelry in every 6 months for inspection. I always go when its slow because I have a lot to bring in. Don't push your service plans if you don't want to do the extra work.
